Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. On the day of your event, our driver will have a copy of these documents and will need your signature at that time.

Rain, Snow, High Wind Policy

There is no penalty or deposit lost for an outdoor event cancelled or postponed due to rain, snow, or high wind considered likely in the 24-hour forecast for your location on the date/time of your event as long as Hoosier Hop is notified of the change before we load your inflatable(s) onto our truck or trailer. If rain, snow, or high winds are in the 24-hour forecast for the day of your event as prescribed above, you may postpone delivery to a later mututally agreeable date and/or time within 1 year. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain, snow or high wind we cannot set up an inflatable.

A deposit of 25% of the total order, made via credit/debit card, is required at the time the order is placed. This deposit is generally non-refundable. See our "Rain, Snow, High Wind Policy" above for exceptions.

Methods of Payment

Residential customer may pay with cash, Visa, or Mastercard. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Commercial customers may pay with cash, business check, Visa, or Mastercard.

Sales Tax

Applicable state sales tax will be added to all sales unless a tax exempt number and documentation is provided.

Placement Area Requirements

The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be relatively smooth, flat, and clear of any sharp objects or debris such as sticks, rocks, and pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Hard surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, basketball courts, etc. are fine for placement, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring appropriate equipment to secure the inflatable(s) for those surfaces (e.g. sandbags instead of stakes). NO GRAVEL.

Electrical Requirements

We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
